MONKTON – A Monkton man has been issued a citation to appear in court after violating an abuse prevention order and unlawfully trespassing on a property he had been previously trespassed from.
According to the Vermont State Police, John Gargano, 67, was reported for unlawful trespass and violation of an abuse prevention order on April 17.
An investigation revealed that Gargano was trespassing on a property he had previously been trespassed from and was violating an abuse prevention order.
Gargano was located two days later and issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court Criminal Division to answer the charges.
The victim in the incident was Sean Reilly, 59, also of Monkton.
