Man cited for throwing planter at car in Underhill

UNDERHILL — A man has been cited for throwing a ceramic planter at a parked car in Underhill, causing damage to the vehicle’s windshield.

According to Vermont State Police, Mark Clark, 54, was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Court to answer to the charge of unlawful mischief.

The incident took place on April 16, at around 2:00 p.m.

Troopers from the Williston Barracks responded to a residence on Mullen Road in Underhill after receiving reports of vandalism to a motor vehicle.

The victim, Vicki Clark, 64, of Jericho, reported that her vehicle had been damaged by the ceramic planter thrown by Mark Clark.

Troopers were assisted at the scene by Vermont Fish and Wildlife.
