Nashua police arrest Manchester man on theft charge

NASHUA — A 26-year-old man from Manchester, New Hampshire, has been arrested and charged with theft by the Nashua Police Department.

Ryan Latsiou was arrested on April 7.

The charges stem from a theft that occurred on October 13, 2022, when Latsiou allegedly received money from a local bank after passing a fraudulent check.

Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division identified Latsiou as the suspect through a review of video surveillance.

An arrest warrant was issued for Latsiou, and he was charged with theft by deception, $1,500+, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, exclusive of fines.

Latsiou refused bail and is scheduled for arraignment on April 10, 2023.
