9 arrested in drug round-up in Nashua, NH

NASHUA — Nine people were arrested in a coordinated round-up operation in Nashua, New Hampshire, during the week of April 3, 2023, for various drug crimes and other criminal offenses. The operation was carried out under Operation Granite Shield, with members of the Hudson Police Department and Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit participating.

The following individuals were arrested:

  • Craig Rochette, 37, of 17A Stevens Avenue, Nashua, New Hampshire
  • Melissa Bable, 44, of No Fixed Address, Nashua, New Hampshire
  • Ana Lopez, 36, of 7 Fairmount Street, Nashua, New Hampshire
  • Jessica Bullard, 40, of No Fixed Address, Nashua, New Hampshire
  • Anthony Monbleau, 31, of 35 Kinsley Street, Nashua, New Hampshire
  • Felecia Forbes, 34, of No Fixed Address, Nashua, New Hampshire
  • Joffre Ullon Trivino, 27, of 4 Haines Street, Nashua, New Hampshire
  • Matthew Desrosiers, 44, of 531 Ames Hill Drive, Tewksbury, Massachusetts
  • Harrison Duong, 27, of 41 Syracuse Road, Nashua, New Hampshire

Rochette was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine) Class B Felony, and was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Bable was charged with having seven (7) active arrest warrants from various jurisdictions within New Hampshire, and was held on a preventative detention pending her future arraignments in the aforementioned jurisdictions.

Lopez was charged with five (5) counts of Sale of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl) – Special Felony, Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl) with Intent to Distribute, Class B Felony, as well as Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine) with Intent to Distribute, Class B Felony. Lopez was released on cash bail pending her future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Bullard was arrested on two separate occasions this week, and was charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl), Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine), and Breach of Bail (Class A Misdemeanor). Bullard was held on cash bail pending her future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Monbleau was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl) Subsequent Offense, Class A Felony. Monbleau also had an active arrest warrant issued out of Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District for non-appearance in court. Monbleau was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Forbes was charged with Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine) as well as an Electronic Bench Warrant issued out of 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court for Non-Appearance. Forbes was released on personal recognizance bail pending her future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Ullon Trivino was charged with having an Electronic Bench Warrant issued for his arrest for Non-Appearance in court. Ullon Trivino was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment at the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.

Desrosiers was arrested for Theft by Unauthorized Taking/Transfer, Class A Felony and Identity Fraud, Class B Felony. Desrosiers was released on personal recognizance bail pending his future arraignment the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Duong was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Drug (Heroin/Fentanyl), Class B Felony and Possession of a Controlled Drug (Adderall), Class B Felony. Duong refused bail pending his future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

The operation was part of a continued effort to combat drug crimes and related criminal activity in the region.
