CABOT — A 22-year-old man from St. Johnsbury was cited for negligent operation following an incident in Cabot yesterday.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop with a vehicle traveling west on Route 2 at a speed of 85 miles-per-hour in a 50 miles-per-hour zone.
The vehicle was also seen passing vehicles in a negligent manner.
The driver, identified as Adrian Langmaid, was issued a citation to appear in court for the crime.
He was ticketed for the offense and ordered to appear in court.
