DOVER — Police are investigating the deaths of two adults in Dover.
Authorities were notified of a single-family residence on Tuesday to conduct a welfare check.
Police say they found two deceased adult residents of the home.
Although the investigation is in the early stages, there does not appear to be any threat to the general public in connection with these two deaths.
Autopsies are expected tomorrow.
Police say they are investigating this as a possible murder and suicide of the residents living at that location.
Additional information will be released as it becomes available while protecting the integrity of the investigation, authorities say.
