NEWFANE — A 69-year-old man from Massachusetts was cited for lewd and lascivious conduct with a child following an investigation in Newfane.
On March 24, Michael White was cited for the charges.
The charges stem from an investigation that was initiated when the State Police received information that Michael White engaged in inappropriate conduct during 2007 and 2008.
White was issued a citation to appear in court on March 28.
