GEORGIA — A 29-year-old man from St. Albans was arrested for DUI following a crash in Georgia yesterday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on I-89 at around 3:00 p.m.
Police say Toby Charbonneau was uninjured when they arrived.
While on the scene, police say they observed indicators of impairment.
Charbonneau was screened for DUI and brought to the VSP St Albans barracks for processing.
Troopers were assisted by a Drug Recognition Expert from VSP.
He is ordered to appear in court on April 18.
