NEWPORT – On March 16, Timothy Wright, a 40-year-old resident of Newport, was arrested on charges of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault of a minor.

Wright was held in preventative detention without bail pending arraignment in Sullivan Superior Court.

If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 10-20 years in New Hampshire State Prison.
