Man arrested for DUI drugs in Randolph

RANDOLPH — A man was arrested for DUI drugs after exhibiting erratic behavior at a gas pump in Randolph.

Troopers with VSP Royalton were dispatched to investigate a male exhibiting erratic behavior outside of his vehicle yesterday.

The operator identified himself as Jacob Graham, age 30, of Randolph.

Upon speaking to Graham, troopers observed several signs of impairment and conducted field sobriety tests.

Following the tests, Graham was arrested for suspicion of DUI of drugs other than alcohol.

He was transported to the Vermont State Police Royalton Barracks for processing.

Graham was later released with a criminal citation and is scheduled to appear in Orange County Superior Court.
