ST. JOHNSBURY — Vermont State Police arrested a Massachusetts man on charges of driving under the influence after his vehicle was found off the road into a ditch on Interstate 91.
Mark Stephen McWilliams, 49, of Centerville, Massachusetts, was arrested by troopers yesterday after they detected signs of impairment while speaking with him.
He was screened for DUI and subsequently arrested, processed and transported to the St. Johnsbury Detox Facility.
The incident occurred near mile marker 122.6 in the St. Johnsbury area, according to the Vermont State Police.
McWilliams was charged with DUI – Refusal.
