ARLINGTON — A 33-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Arlington this afternoon.
Authorities say they were notified of a conditions of release violation that occurred at a home at around 3:00 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Mengxin Malz, of Arlington, had court-ordered conditions to not have contact with a juvenile and had made contact on 2 separate occasions.
Malz was located yesterday afternoon and was taken into custody and transported to the Shaftsbury barracks for processing.
He was processed and released with a citation to appear in court tomorrow to answer for the charges of violation of conditions of release.
