Juvenile injured during crash in Landgrove

LANDGROVE — A 16-year-old from Londonderry was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Landgrove today.

The crash took place on Vermont Route 11 at around 4:30 p.m.

According to the report, the juvenile was traveling west when she lost control of the vehicle due to ice/slush on the road.

The vehicle collided into a guardrail and sustained heavy front-end damage from the collision.

Police say speed is a contributing factor to this crash, and it was determined the juvenile was traveling too fast for road conditions at the time.

The juvenile was evaluated by Londonderry Rescue Squad for further medical evaluation.

State Police was assisted by the Londonderry Volunteer Rescue Squad and the Londonderry Fire Department.

The vehicle was removed by Paul’s Towing due to disabling damage sustained from the crash.
