RYEGATE — A 51-year-old man was cited for violations of conditions of release following an incident in Ryegate last week.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible violation of court-ordered conditions of release on Witherspoon Road on Feb. 21.
During the course of the investigation, police say they found that Timothy Crowley, of Ryegate, was in violation by contacting the victim through a third party.
Crowley was issued a citation to appear in court on March 13.
