Concord police arrest man for stabbing, indecent exposure

CONCORD — A 45-year-old man is facing charges following an incident in Penacook yesterday.

On February 20, authorities say they were notified of a stabbing on Merrimack Street at around 4:00 p.m.

The victim was located and transported by the Concord Fire Department to Concord Hospital to be treated for injuries which were classified as life-threatening.

Concord Police Officers worked to identify those involved in the incident.

Detectives conducted numerous interviews and collected evidence.

The information obtained during the investigation led detectives to identify the suspect in this incident as Devin Baillie, of Penacook.

Baillie was located and taken into custody on an unrelated Concord Police Department arrest warrant for indecent exposure/gross lewdness, public urination, and second-degree assault.

He was processed at the Concord Police Department and refused the services of a bail commissioner.
