FAIRFAX — A 42-year-old man from Burlington was arrested in Fairfax yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an ongoing domestic assault situation on Main Street at around 4:15 p.m.
Police allege that Justin Bristol had committed the offense.
Bristol was arrested and lodged at Northwest State Correctional Center for lack of $2,500 bail.
He is scheduled to be arraigned in court today.
He faces charges of 2nd degree aggravated domestic assault.
