Concord man facing multiple charges

CONCORD — A 43-year-old man is facing multiple charges following an incident in Concord yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of an assault that occurred at a home on Oregon Road at around 7:40 p.m.

Police allege that David Dupuis committed the crime of 1st degree aggravated domestic assault to a household member.

Dupuis was also found to be in violation of his conditions of release, and also committed the offense of interference with access to emergency services.

He was transported to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury barracks for processing and released on conditions.

He was issued a citation to appear in court today.

He was also transported to the St. Johnsbury Northeastern Correctional Facility for detox.
