NASHUA — A 43-year-old man is facing charges following an investigation in Nashua.
On January 10, authorities say they initiated an investigation related to the compliance of a registered sex offender.
It was found that Daniel Gillis, of Nashua, had moved from his registered address to a new location without properly notifying the Nashua Police Department.
Detectives confirmed that Gillis was not compliant with his sex offender registration requirements.
Yesterday, an arrest warrant for Gillis was issued for the charge of duty to inform.
Gillis was taken into custody by members of the Problem Oriented Policing Unit without issue.
He was released on personal recognizance bail and will be arraigned in court on March 9.
