WOODBURY — A 56-year-old man was arrested in Woodbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a family disturbance on Vermont Route 14 at around 10:40 a.m.
Police allege that the victim, identified as a 29-year-old woman from Marshfield, had been assaulted by a family member.
The victim and her partner then had a firearm pointed at them while they were leaving the home in a vehicle.
Throughout the course of the investigation, police say they learned that Calvin Lamphere, of Woodbury, had court-ordered conditions of release that he was in violation of.
It was also discovered that he operated a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended driver’s license.
Lamphere was arrested without incident and transported to the Berlin barracks for processing for the charges of aggravated domestic assault, reckless endangerment, violation of conditions of release, and driving license suspended.
He was issued court-ordered conditions of release and released on a citation.
