Nashua, Hudson police arrest 12 in coordinated round-up

NASHUA — Police say 12 individuals were arrested for various crimes as part of a coordinated round-up by the Hudson Police Department, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division

These individuals were as follows:

Shawnda Tuff, age 25, of Hudson, New Hampshire, was arrested for Disobeying an Officer -Misdemeanor, Driving after Suspension/Revocation- Misdemeanor, and Driving a Vehicle with Suspended Registrations- Misdemeanor.

She was released on personal recognizance bail pending her future arraignment in the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.

Philip Smith, age 31, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested for an Electronic Bench Warrant for a Non-appearance in court.

He was released on personal recognizance pending his future arraignment in the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.

Ricky Caylor, age 54, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested for a Capias Warrant.

He was released on personal recognizance pending his future arraignment in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Ashley Lavoie, age 28, of Hudson, New Hampshire, was arrested for Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer- Misdemeanor.

She was released on personal recognizance pending her future arraignment in the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.

Danielle Evans, age 29, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested for two Electronic Bench Warrants for non-appearance in court and Criminal Trespass- Misdemeanor.

She was released on personal recognizance pending her future arraignment in the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.

Deborah Visken, age 69, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested for a Capias Warrant.

She was released on personal recognizance pending her future arraignment in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – South District.

Sean Dandley, age 29, of Hudson, New Hampshire, was arrested for Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Methamphetamine)- Class B Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Crack Cocaine)- Class B Felony, Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (Psilocybin Mushrooms) – Class B Felony, Falsifying Physical Evidence- Class B Felony, and a Capias Warrant.

He was not bailed and will be arraigned at a later date in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Natasha Jackson, age 32, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested on an Electronic Bench Warrant for non-appearance in court and a Capias Warrant.

She was not bailed and will be arraigned at a later date in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

James Clement, age 40, of Burlington, Massachusetts, was arrested for Acts Prohibited; Possession of a Controlled Drug (heroin/fentanyl)- Class B Felony.

He was released on personal recognizance pending his future arraignment in the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Courtney Lavalle, age 24, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested for Acts Prohibited: Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (heroin/fentanyl)- Special Felony, Robbery- Class B Felony, Breach of Bail- Misdemeanor, and two Electronic Bench Warrants for non-appearance in court.

She was released on personal recognizance pending her future arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.

Robert Johansen, age 39, of Newbury, New Hampshire, was arrested for Disobeying an Officer and Driving after Revocation/Suspension, both Misdemeanors.

He was released on personal recognizance pending his future arraignment in the 9th Circuit District Division – Nashua Court.

Isaiah Castillo, age 21, of Lawrence Massachusetts, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute (crack cocaine)- Special Felony, Falsifying Physical Evidence- Class B Felony, Disobeying an Officer- Misdemeanor, and Operating without a Valid License- Misdemeanor.

Castillo was held pending a future arraignment at the Rockingham County Superior Court.

This arrest was made with the assistance of the Windham NH Police Department.
