VERNON — A 23-year-old man from New Hampshire was cited for DUI following a crash in Vernon on Friday.
The single-vehicle crash took place on Tyler Road at around 8:55 p.m.
Police say that the driver, Alexander Tyson, of Hinsdale, NH, was impaired.
He was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, where he was issued a criminal citation and released.
He is scheduled to appear in court on March 21.
