Police respond to threat at Brattleboro Union High School

BRATTLEBORO — Police say they received reports of a potential threat to the Brattleboro Union High School campus.

Brattleboro Police Department personnel immediately collaborated with BUHS staff to determine that the campus was safe and secure.

“Officers have determined that there is no known threat to the campus,” the department said in a statement online.

Police say an investigation is underway into the source and substance of the report.

The department said they would like to thank the staff at BUHS for their quick response and collaborative efforts to ensure the safety of the campus.
