Man arrested in Nashua after pulling knife during altercation

NASHUA — A 47-year-old man was arrested in Nashua earlier this month.

Police say they arrested Ryan Bodeker, of Nashua, New Hampshire, for domestic violence and criminal threatening.

On December 16, police responded to a reported dispute at a home involving Bodeker and an adult man known to him at around 6:55 p.m.

Detectives assigned to the Special Investigations Division furthered the investigation and learned Bodeker brandished a knife at the male subject after a verbal altercation.

As a result, Bodeker was charged with domestic violence criminal threatening, a class B felony.

A class B felony is punishable by up to 7 years in state prison, exclusive of fines.

He was released on $200 cash bail pending his arraignment at the Hillsborough Superior Court Southern District on January 19.
