Woman arrested for DUI, stealing vehicle in Richmond

RICHMOND — A 36-year-old woman from Winooski was cited following a crash in Richmond on Friday.

The single-vehicle crash took place on Cochran Road at around 3:20 p.m.

Police identified the driver as Jennifer Blow.

Police say that the vehicle which Blow was operating was stolen.

They also observed indicators of impairment.

Blow was taken to the state police Williston barracks for further investigation and processing.

She was released to a sober party with a citation to appear in court to answer to the charges of operating without owner’s consent and DUI.
