COLCHESTER — Colchester Police have located a vulnerable adult who walked away from her care provider yesterday.
CPD launched a search operation following the 4:00 p.m. report that a 51-year-old female was missing in a heavily wooded.
Police believed she was in the area of Wright Farm Road.
Initial searches utilizing tracking K-9s were unsuccessful, police say.
The missing person was found unharmed with assistance from a search K-9 from Colchester Technical Rescue at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Colchester Police were also assisted by Milton Police and the Winooski Police.
