Derby Line — A 25-year-old man is facing charges following an incident in Derby Line yesterday.
Police say they located Timothy Christopher on Main Street at around 3:00 p.m.
It was known to law enforcement that Christopher had an active warrant for his arrest.
Upon taking Christopher into custody, police allege he resisted.
He was then transported to Northern State Correctional Facility, where he was lodged on his arrest warrant.
He was cited to appear in court for the offense in August.
