GROTON — A 62-year-old man was arrested for aggravated domestic assault following an incident in Groton yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible domestic assault at a residence off Goodfellow Road at around 11:10 a.m.
Upon arrival, police say they met with parties involved and allege that David Friedman, of Groton, had assaulted a household member.
Friedman was arrested and transported to the St. Johnsbury State Police barracks.
He was held without bail and lodged at the Northeast Regional Correction Facility.
