Woman arrested for assault with a firearm in Sudbury

SUDBURY — A 50-year-old woman was cited following an incident in Sudbury yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of a citizen dispute on Young Road at around 1:00 p.m.

Following an investigation, police allege that Carey Boyea, of Sudbury, threatened Kim LaDuke, 58, of Sudbury, with a firearm.

Boyea was released on court-imposed conditions and issued a citation to appear in court today for the charges of aggravated assault and unlawful mischief.
