ST. ALBANS — A 55-year-old woman from Randolph was arrested for her second DUI following an incident in St. Albans yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle speeding and operating erratically on I-89 in Georgia at around 4:25 p.m.

The vehicle was pulled over by police, and the driver was identified as Patricia Bloomer.

Police say she showed signs of impairment, was screened for DUI, and was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Bloomer was processed at the St. Albans State Police barracks and issued a citation to appear in court on May 31.
