BERKSHIRE — A 24-year-old man from Franklin was charged with excessive speeding following an incident in Berkshire yesterday.
Police say they clocked a vehicle traveling at 107 miles per hour in a 50 mile-per-hour zone while monitoring traffic on Route 105 at around 9:35 p.m.
Police initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as Eric Domina.
Domina was issued a citation to appear in court on May 2.
He was issued a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for speeding.
