Single-vehicle crash on Vermont Route 102, Lemington

LEMINGTON — A 63-year-old man from Concord was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Lemington on Wednesday.

The crash took place on Vermont Route 102 at around 3:30 a.m.

Police say the driver was identified as David Chapin.

According to the report, Chapin crossed the oncoming lane of traffic, before running off the road.

The vehicle proceeded to crash into a utility pole.

Police say Chapin was not injured during the crash

State Police were assisted on scene by Mckays towing and Vermont Electric COOP.
