Man arrested for violation of conditions, abuse prevention order in Panton

PANTON — A 50-year-old man was charged following an incident in Panton yesterday.

Authorities say they were notified of an abuse prevention order violation as well as a violation of conditions of release at around 11:55 a.m.

During the course of the investigation, police allege Richard Ambrose, of Panton, had violated both orders of the court by entering onto the premises of a home that he was ordered not to.

Ambrose was issued a Criminal Citation to appear in court on March 31 to answer the charges of violation of an abuse prevention order and a violation of conditions of release.
