RICHMOND — A 53-year-old man from Massachusetts was arrested for DUI following an incident in Richmond on Sunday.
Authorities say they were notified of an overturned vehicle on I-89 north at around 9:50 p.m.
Police say the driver of the vehicle was identified as Warren Mott, of Plymouth, MA.
During the investigation, police say Mott showed signs of impairment and was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
He was transported to the State Police Williston barracks for processing and later released with a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
