WESTMINSTER — The investigation into this morning’s shooting in Westminster is ongoing, but police have released new details in the case.

Daniel J. King, 40, of Westminster, has been identified as the man who was shot.

His condition is reported to be stable at Dartmouth-Hitchcock.

According to police, Nathaniel Keefe, 37, of Westminster, is the owner of the home where the shooting took place.

Jacquelyn Fougere, 29, of Springfield, is listed as the woman who accompanied King into the residence before shots were fired.

Police say no other injuries were reported.

Earlier, police say they were notified at around 11:00 a.m. that a man had been shot inside a mobile home at Shady Pines Park, off of Back Westminster Road.

According to the initial report, police say Keefe encountered two intruders, later identified as King and Fougere, and shot at them.

King was hit, and transported to the hospital.

No one is in custody, and no charges have been filed at this time, police say.
