Woman arrested for DUI #2 in Bethel

BETHEL — A 55-year-old woman from Stockbridge was arrested for her second DUI following an incident in Bethel yesterday.Authorities say they were notified of a call advising of a woman, identified as Kimberly Taylor, arriving at the Creek House Diner at around 1:40 p.m.

The caller told police that Taylor was stumbling in and out of her vehicle and appeared passed out behind the wheel.

Troopers arrived on the scene and found Taylor in the driver’s seat of her vehicle.

Following an investigation, police allege Taylor showed signs of impairment and was placed in custody and transported to the VSP-Royalton barracks for processing.

Upon completion of the processing, she was released on a citation to appear in court to answer the charge.
