Three vehicle crash in Waterbury causes delays on Vermont Route 100

WATERBURY — Police responded to a three-vehicle crash in Waterbury this morning.

Authorities say they were notified of a vehicle off the road on Vermont Route 100 at around 7:40 a.m.

Two additional vehicles went off the road shortly afterward.

Following an investigation, it was found that each of the drivers, Edward Ross, 29, of Winooski, Lindsay McNall, 27, of Wolcott, and Anthony Dipadua, 33, of Essex Junction, went off the road after braking for slowed or stopped vehicles.

Police say nobody was injured.

Traffic was delayed for approximately 2 hours while crews normalized the scene.
