RICHMOND — A 22-year-old man from New York was arrested following an incident in Bolton yesterday.
Authorities were notified of an intoxicated male causing a disturbance at the Bolton Valley Resort at around 3:50 a.m.
Upon arriving on the scene, police say they located Jasiah Fay, of Ithaca, NY, banging on several doors of resort guests and acting in a threatening manner.
Police say they attempted to place Fay under arrest for disorderly conduct, at which point he physically resisted.
After a brief struggle, Fay was taken into custody without further incident or injury.
He was transported to the Williston barracks for processing.
He was later released on a citation to appear in court on April 12 to answer to the charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, assault on law enforcement.
