KILLINGTON — A 25-year-old man from Dorset was arrested following an incident in Killington last Friday.
On February 4, authorities were notified of an intoxicated individual at a restaurant on Old Mill Road at around 3:30 a.m.
Police say that Logan McBride caused property damage at the location, as well as operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.
McBride was arrested for suspicion of DUI and unlawful mischief.
He was transported to the Rutland barracks where he was processed and released on a criminal citation to answer the charge.
