WATERBURY — A 30-year-old man from Pennsylvania was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Waterbury on Thursday.

The crash took place on Waterbury Stowe Road at around 11:10 p.m.

Police say Martin Patterson, of Lansdale, PA, lost control of his vehicle and collided with a guardrail.

Patterson left the area and did not report the crash until several hours later, police say.

He was issued a citation to appear in court at a later date.

He was also issued a ticket for driving too fast for roadway conditions.
