RUTLAND — A 38-year-old man was arrested for theft following an incident in Rutland Town yesterday.
Authorities were notified of retail theft at the Hannaford Supermarket on Main Street at around 3:15 p.m.
Following an investigation, police allege that Johnathan Berry, of Rutland, left the premises without paying for merchandise.
Berry was issued a citation to appear in court on March 14.
