WEST HAVEN — A 59-year-old man was arrested for unlawfully possessing a firearm as a convicted felon in West Haven yesterday.

According to court records, a collaborative stolen property investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at the home of Michael Brillon in West Haven yesterday morning.

During the investigation, local law enforcement found that Brillon was alleged to possess firearms and had been making threatening statements.
