Authorities say they were notified of a woman slumped over the wheel in a parking lot on Market Street, at around 10:50 p.m.

The driver of the vehicle was identified as Ashley Waite, of Proctor.

Waite displayed signs of impairment, and it was determined she was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
