Shoreham man arrested for unlawful restraint, interference to emergency services

SHOREHAM — A 28-year-old man was arrested following an incident in Shoreham early this morning.

Authorities were notified of a family fight at a home on Vermont Route 22A at around 12:15 a.m.

According to the report, Tyler Malloy, of Shoreham, had unlawfully restrained a household member and interfered with access to emergency services.

Malloy was arrested and transported to the New Haven barracks.

He was cited to appear in court to answer to the charge of unlawful restraint in the 2nd degree and interference to emergency services.

He was released with conditions, police say.
