SWANTON — A 24-year-old man was cited following an incident in Swanton on Wednesday.
Police initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 89 after observing a speeding violation at around 9:10 a.m.
The driver was identified as Dalton Katon, of Swanton.
According to the report, Katon had multiple active sets of conditions of release which prohibited him from operating a motor vehicle.
He was also found to have a criminally suspended license due to prior convictions.
He was issued a criminal citation roadside and released.
