Two charged for theft at Ace Hardware in Enosburgh

ENOSBURGH — Police say two men are facing charges following an investigation into a theft at Ace Hardware in Enosburgh on Wednesday.

Authorities were notified of a shoplifting incident that took place at around 4:00 p.m.

According to the report, the suspects arrived in a silver Cadillac with Vermont plates before entering the store and stealing several hundred dollars in merchandise, including two Carhartt jackets.

Police say the individuals involved in this incident have been identified as Daniel Bjornson, 46, of Highgate, and Daniel Reynolds, 33, of Swanton.

Investigation into this incident resulted in the execution of a search warrant at a residence on First Street in Swanton.
