Police investigating fatal crash in Killington

KILLINGTON — A 44-year-old man from Pennsylvania was killed following a three-vehicle crash in Killington yesterday.

The crash took place in the area of the Killington flats and the Turn of the River Lodge at around 10:10 a.m.

Police say two vehicles attempted to pass a 20′ box truck. 

A collision between the two vehicles caused them to lose control, and one of the vehicles crashed into the box truck. 

The truck overturned down a 15′ embankment. 

Police say the driver, Joseph Robert Terry, of Aldan, PA, was found partially ejected and deceased. 

No other operators or passengers were injured.

The other drivers were identified as Patrick F. Conlon, 64, of Methuen, MA, and Stephen J. Frankel, of Killington.     

Police are still investigating the crash.
