Man arrested on lewd conduct charges in Saratoga Springs

SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY — A man has been arrested following an investigation into allegations of lewd conduct involving two minors.

On March 19, officers from the Patrol Division responded to a residence on East Harrison Street after receiving a report of a male subject exposing himself to two underage females in the neighborhood.

Following an investigation, the suspect was identified as Tristian Sirchia, 30, of Saratoga Springs.

Sirchia was taken into custody without incident and charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor, and two counts of public lewdness, also Class A misdemeanors.

He was arraigned in Saratoga Springs City Court and released to pre-trial services.

His next court appearance is scheduled for April 7 at 9 a.m.

The investigation remains ongoing.

The department issued the notice due to the proximity of the incident location, which is within 150 yards of Lake Avenue Elementary School.
