JOHNSTOWN, PA — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl believed to be in the area.
Kali Jo-Lynn Powers was reported missing to the Lock Haven Police Department and is believed to be in Johnstown with a 15-year-old identified as Scott, according to the Johnstown Police Department.
Powers is described as a white female, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Johnstown Police Department at 814-472-2100 or submit a tip through the department’s CrimeWatch tip line.
