BANGOR, PA — A 77-year-old man was arrested after five windows on a residence were damaged with what appeared to be BB gun projectiles.
The Bangor Police Department responded to a report of criminal mischief in the unit block of South Main Street at approximately 12:30 p.m. on March 17, 2026.
Officers discovered 15 holes in the windows consistent with BB gun projectiles.
Following an investigation, officers determined the origin of the shots.
Alfred Klinger Sr., of Pennsylvania, was taken into custody in connection with the incident.
He was charged with criminal mischief – damage property and possessing instruments of a crime.
Klinger was transported to the Northampton County Prison.
