OWEGO, NY — Owego police arrested six people during the week of March 9 through March 15.
Philip P. Williams, 42, of Owego, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, a misdemeanor, following a traffic stop on Temple Street.
Williams was issued appearance tickets returnable to Village of Owego Court.
Kevin A. Salter, 43, of Owego, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree due to current suspensions, a misdemeanor, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree due to prior convictions, a misdemeanor, speed imprudent, speeding-exceeded conditions, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle without inspection, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with improper plates following an investigation of a motor vehicle collision with injuries on Main Street.
Salter was issued appearance tickets returnable to Village of Owego Court.
Dason R. Tinkham, 36, of Owego, was arrested for criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony, following an investigation of property damage on Front Street.
Tinkham was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Village of Owego Court.
Three people were taken into custody for mental health holds after reports they were a danger to themselves or others and were transported to a hospital for medical treatment.
